Avasa Hospital

This was the most disappointing experience I've had with a medical professional in India!

I had booked an appointment with Dr. Padmaja Lokireddy for 6p.m. on 20.8/2020. I arrived for the appointment in plenty of time. I was advised to wait whilst the receptionist informed Dr. Padmaja Lokireddy that I had arrived. . The receptionist said that she would set up an online consultation. I informed her that a physical appointment had been arranged, as evidenced by the number of messages I had received, reminding me of the appointment! The doctor denied that she had any notice of the appointment and could not attend the appointment as she was busy with other things!

The receptionist said that I could see someone else and that they would report back to Dr. Padmaja Lokireddy.

If this is an example of the standards care of duty by Dr. Padmaja Lokireddy and is a reflection of the dismissive way that that this physician has shown contempt for a new patient, then Avasa hospital is a place to be avoided.

I understand that doctors work under pressure and have to respond to changing circumstances. Surely it would have been courteous to inform me that she was unable to attend the appointment!

Dr. Sagarika is a great doctor. I have been consulting her for the last 10 years for various problems for myself and my family members. She is very apt in her diagnosis *** ***** ***** *********** ************** She listens very patiently and is kind towards the patients. **** ********* ****** **** **** ******* I strongly recommend her.

Dr.Sagarika treated my 67-year-old mother last year when she caught Covid. She gave only the medications needed as per the patient's symptoms and frequently followed up too. My mother is allergic to many medicines and had quite a high D-dimer reading. Because the doctor was careful while prescribing medicines *** ******* *********** *********** ********* she could recover without any major side effects.

I had a cesarian delivery in Avasa and given to the consistent support of the doctors,nurses and hospital staffs we had an extremely satisfying experience even during this tough times of Covid-19 all around.

My gynecologist , Dr. Prithvi Perum had extended her constant counseling , support and guidance beyond just medical consultation throughout my pregnancy journey.

I and my family are ever so grateful to the Avasa team for a pleasant and hassle free

birthing experience..

I went for an infection in my vagina. It was too painful but the medicine doctor gave cured it completely. I felt better after first dose itself. The medication continued for a week.

Doctor is very patient and gives proper solution to the problems. listens to the patient carefully and makes them feel comfortable
